Robert has been working with and leading high-performance teams and individuals for over two decades with his own company, EO, several Board’s of Director’s, and several of his own companies. He has a Scaling Up coaching certification and has completed a Master’s in Entrepreneurship at Endicote House, MIT.

Along the way Robert has been recognized as “Entrepreneur of the Year” within EO and has played Rugby and Soccer at a high level and completed four Ironman triathlons.
