Through a fast/action-packed one-day session with key members of an organization’s leadership team (including the CEO), we guide you through a series of discussions and exercises to begin building on the disciplines of a healthy organization. Using the key pillars of a healthy team we dive deep into the issues that many times are left undiscussed and take them head-on in a safe and productive environment.
From the one-day session, we customize a leadership plan to continue on the growth of the principals learned to ensure a Healthy Organization and Healthy Team. The foundation of all the work is done in the one-day Healthy Organization, Health Team secessions.
